WEEK 6 : Meeting With Supervisor

We rehearsed our presentation for our supervisor, Ts Ahmad Zaki, in week 6 so that it would go through well on presentation day in week 7.

OBJECTIVE

    1. Make sure the proposal slide is following the format before real presentation.

METHODOLOGY

The proposal presentation and related conversations with our boss took up much of our time this week. He also helped us with the information that would go into our presentations, such as flowcharts and block diagrams.

ANALYSIS

From this meeting , we can get a lot of information on how to be a good presenter and discuss about our slide content.

CONCLUSION

Flowcharts, block diagrams and introduction examples of the many diagram types that require updating. Our supervisor's advice for the presentation was to strike a healthy balance between anxiety and confidence.
