This week, I looked at the project's first presentation and conducted some background reading. It also covers a lot of ground when it comes to the project's primary concerns.
OBJECTIVE
1. To get the project background.
2. To get the project scopes and limitation.
3. To get the project significance.
METHODOLOGY
My focus this week will be on laying the groundwork for the whole project. I looked into it on the internet. I now understand my capabilities and limits.
ANALYSIS
The aim of this project was to provide a solution to the challenge of water level monitoring that was being experienced by the farmer. The Internet of Things (IoT) will make it simpler to keep an eye on things, leading to a safer and more nutritious breeding environment for the plants. The owner may monitor sensor data even while they're not at the farm by downloading the Blynk app.
CONCLUSION
The project's study leads to the conclusion that vertical farm owners may profit greatly from installing an Internet of Things-based system to monitor water levels. The use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and sensors makes monitoring more effective and allows a better breeding environment to be created for the plants. Even if the owner is not currently at the farm, they may still access and monitor the data produced by the sensors thanks to the Blynk application's incorporation. The project as a whole posits that the administration and oversight of vertical farms may be improved via the use of IoT and cloud-based apps.
